Policies
We welcome all clients and are always excited to have both returning and new clients in our studio. To ensure everyone’s time is respected and to provide a seamless booking experience, we’ve implemented the following policies, which we believe are fair to both client and stylist.
Please note that by booking an appointment, you are automatically agreeing to these terms and policies.
For first-time clients, a brief virtual or in-person consultation is strongly encouraged to ensure the correct service is booked. Consultations are scheduled through our booking platform with a valid card on file.
A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the retainer being forfeited.
If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee may apply. Arrivals 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time may require the appointment to be canceled and charged as a no-show, as there may no longer be sufficient time to complete the service. No-show appointments will forfeit the retainer, which cannot be applied to future visits.
If something comes up, please call or text us as soon as possible—we’re always happy to help reschedule when we can.
*Emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of ownership and your stylist.
